Started in 2000, Podium really made its name by being the most complete and comprehensive race training solution for instructors wishing to pass their Eurotest. With more successful trainees than any other training organisation Podium really does have rich history.
Since then Podium has evolved into running successful season long FIS programmes, ISIA Speed Test Training. Masters training and working with ski clubs from the UK, America and China
Podium uses only top class trainers with an experience of FIS and high level racing coupled with a knowledge and empathy for the trainee.
Our Track Record
Podium is a UK company that has been running ski race training programmes since 2000, making us one of the longest-established dedicated race coaching organisations in the industry. In that time we have helped more than 160 ski instructors pass the ISIA Speed Test and Eurotest, and have run season-long FIS development programmes for junior and masters athletes at venues across Europe.
Our coaches come from high-level FIS racing backgrounds and hold current national coaching qualifications. Every session uses detailed video analysis, where athletes review gate technique, body position, and line choice the same day they ski it. That feedback loop is one of the main reasons our pass rates and podium results consistently outperform what athletes achieve at standard group clinics.
We work with a deliberately wide range of athletes, from ski instructors chasing the ISIA Speed Test to masters racers competing at national level and FIS-licensed juniors targeting international points. That breadth keeps our coaching current across all technical disciplines: slalom, giant slalom, super-G, and speed events.
Podium training camps have run at Les 2 Alpes, Stelvio, Saas-Fee, Zermatt, Courchevel, Kabdalis, Hintertux, and many other venues across the Alps, chosen for reliable snow, well-prepared race courses, and access to FIS-homologated terrain. Athletes from the UK and across Europe have trained with us across more than two decades of operation.
