FIS Ski Racing Programme

GS & Slalom Coaching

FIS Seasons: A Project of Passion

Looking to reach your potential and take on the FIS circuit in the Alps? Need a fresh start, a new perspective, or a reset in your skiing? Whether you are aiming to make your first real breakthrough in slalom and GS or looking to take the next step in your racing career, we can help guide you there.

We work with a maximum of just four athletes in order to provide a truly personalised approach while keeping costs manageable. This is intentionally a small-scale programme designed to allow close coach-athlete collaboration and a highly individual approach, rather than the structure of a large commercial academy. Open to racers aged 18+ who are capable of living and travelling independently.

Our Experience

We have spent years coaching on the FIS circuit, and have built a strong record of improving athletes’ technical fundamentals and lowering FIS points through a highly specific programme tailored to each individual. Our experience spans the full range of the competitive ladder — from athletes entering their first FIS season through to racers performing at near-national team level. The FIS circuit can be an overwhelming environment for inexperienced athletes; our role is not only to coach performance on snow, but also to provide guidance on race scheduling, planning, progression, and the many practical aspects of building a successful season. We bring the same philosophy to our Masters Race Training and ISIA Speed Test Training camps.

Driven by Passion

This project is driven by passion rather than expansion. The aim is simply to work closely with a small number of committed athletes and help them achieve their personal ambitions in one of the most demanding sports in the world. Success in ski racing requires enormous commitment, resilience, and work ethic — we are looking for athletes who are prepared to fully invest themselves in the process.

Pre-Season Programme

We offer a comprehensive pre-season programme of 30–40 training days designed to establish technical changes, build consistency, and prepare athletes thoroughly for the winter campaign. Training takes place across a range of high-altitude venues to give athletes varied and challenging preparation on snow, including Passo Stelvio, Saas-Fee and Kåbdalis — explore everywhere we train on our Where We Train page.

During the Season

During the season we are based in Les 3 Vallées, training regularly on the World Cup piste in Courchevel as well as other nearby venues. Racing takes place primarily in France and Italy, with occasional travel further afield depending on the calendar and athlete objectives.
